THE HELIX
METHOD

A disciplined engineering workflow, not a marketing graphic. Five stages, each with defined deliverables and the decision it enables — so critical decisions are made on evidence, before high-risk work begins.

//Assess · Analyze · Advise · Execute · Verify

How OSM International moves from damage to a confident decision.

Select a stage to see what happens, what you receive, and the decision it supports. Machining is precise and welcome — but disciplined assessment comes first.

Stage 01 · Assess

Stabilize and understand the immediate situation. Review failure history and operating conditions, perform visual and dimensional examinations, select the appropriate NDT methods, and document observable damage.

Key decision: Is the situation stable, and what evidence do we need next?

Deliverables

  • Initial damage documentation
  • Dimensional survey
  • NDT method selection (MT / PT)
  • Operating-history review
