THE MIAMI WORKSHOP
OSM is best known for machining in place, but some repairs are faster, cheaper, or simply better done off the engine. Our Miami machine shop is the closest full-capability reconditioning and machining facility to the Caribbean cruise corridor, so components can be turned around during the same port call.
We recondition engine and rotating-equipment components to OEM specification on heavy lathes, horizontal boring mills, and a vertical mill, from cylinder liners and heads to connecting rods, counterweights, centrifugal pumps, and hydraulic cylinders.
Every component leaves with a certified dimensional report to OEM tolerance, accepted by DNV, Lloyd's Register, ABS, Bureau Veritas, NK, and RINA. When a job is better done in place, the same specialists deploy onsite, one team, both delivery models.

Bore and seat work, counter-bore cutting, landing-ring and flange-face resurfacing.
