Vessels earn nothing in a workshop queue. OSM machines marine propulsion and auxiliary components in place, on the engine, in the shaft line, at the berth, so the ship stays on its schedule.
We restore crankpin and main journals, line-bore stern tubes and bearing housings, machine shafts and flange faces, and carry out the certified NDT that class and underwriters require, all without removing the engine wherever the repair allows.
Work is performed to OEM or class-approved procedures with certified dimensional reports accepted by DNV, Lloyd's Register, ABS, Bureau Veritas, NK, and RINA.
